Helping You Move Better, Feel Younger, and Stay in the Game

I’ve been in the fitness world for over 15 years — working with everyone from 13-year-old athletes to 65+ golfers who want to keep their swing strong. I’ve competed in powerlifting, bodybuilding, distance running, volleyball… and yes, even the occasional Tough Mudder.

But what matters most to me now isn’t competing — it’s helping people win in the Sport of Life.

That means being able to play with your kids, carry the groceries in one trip, or stand up after a long car ride without feeling stiff and defeated.

I’ve dealt with my own injuries — low back pain, knee surgery, torn ankle ligaments. Every one of those setbacks taught me how to train smarter, recover better, and coach from experience — not theory.

Today, through Sylvester Fitness, my mission is simple:
To help you move better, feel younger, and finally feel unstuck.

Whether you’re starting over at 45, bouncing back at 60, or just ready to feel strong again — I’m here to help you build a body that supports the life you want to live.

Everything I do through Sylvester Fitness comes back to this:

To help people over 40 build a body that supports their life — not the other way around.

  • In workouts that build you up instead of burn you out.

  • In movement that keeps you strong, mobile, and present — for the things and people that matter.

​Everything I do — in fitness and in business — is so I can show up fully for my wife and son.
My goal is freedom: physical, financial, and mental.
And I want that for my clients too.
