FAQs
Do I need any equipment? No, most sessions are designed to work with just your bodyweight and basic household items. If you have dumbbells, resistance bands, or a mat, that’s a bonus — but not required.
How do the Zoom sessions work? Once you sign up, you’ll get a Zoom link for each live session. I’ll coach you in real time, correct your form, and adjust the workout based on how you’re feeling that day.
How long is each session? Each Zoom session lasts 45 minutes, including warm-up, movement, and wrap-up.
What if I've never done virtual training before? You’re not alone, many of my clients started here. I guide you step by step, and every session is tailored to your pace and mobility. We start where you are.
Can you help with joint pain or stiffness? Yes — mobility and joint-friendly movement are a big part of this program. You’ll also get access to custom “Joint Builder” sessions to do on your own.
What happens if I miss a live session? Life happens, if you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me notice and we’ll make it work. Some packages also come with self-guided sessions so you never fall behind.
